My CT and I easily decided that my unit plan should focus on U.S. Government, especially the Bill of Rights. At Exploris, "Theme Time" is the alternative to Social Studies. In the spring, the theme will focus on the founding of our country and the constitution. I will be teaching this theme right before our class field trip to Washington DC.
